Refund Policy

Please Understand that after shipping all sales are final! How ever, we do understand that if you are unhappy with your purchase DO NOT CUT THE LACE! 

We will gladly give a refund or exchange If:

  • Lace is NOT Cut
  • Lace is NOT tinted
  • Hair has NOT been cut, colored or chemically processed

A refund will be processed after hair has been shipped back and inspected, once approved a refund is then granted. If the unit has not passed inspection a refund will not be approved and the unit will be shipped back to the customer.

All orders have a 48 hour return policy, this does not include refurbished units or final sale products.

Example:

You received your unit on Tuesday it must be shipped back that Friday with tracking provided.

 We are not responsible for shipping costs.

Returns are also obligated to pay 10% Restocking fee.  

Example:

Wig purchased by customer was priced at  $1,000

Restock fee: $100 

Customers Refund: $900
